Manufacturing Supervisor Lead

We are seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team in Arlington, TX 76011. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our manufacturing operation.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring efficiency: Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient production processes.
- Maintaining quality: Ensure high-quality standards are met and maintained throughout the production process.
- Managing resources: Determine resource requirements through data analysis like time studies and capacity assessment to meet production schedules.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $25-33 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
