Job Title: Residential Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Advisor to join our team at Career Systems. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive living environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily supervision and support to students in student housing, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement, academic success, and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with campus staff and faculty to ensure a seamless transition for students from high school to college.
  • Document student records and maintain accurate data to inform program development and evaluation.
  • Conduct evening and overnight bed checks to ensure student safety and security.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Six months of experience in education or a related field.
  • Possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited college or university (preferred).
