Job Title: IT Product Owner - Customer MDM Strategy

Eaton Corporation is seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to lead the development of our Customer Master Data Management (MDM) strategy. As a key member of our Chief Data Officer's Integration and Data Management team, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes and delivering critical products to our global IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the Customer MDM product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business executives and product teams.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand key business outcomes and deliverables within the Customer MDM data product.
  • Define user stories and prioritize deliverables, features, and functionality aligned with business outcomes.
  • Establish processes for gathering, managing, and executing the product backlog.
  • Drive Next Generation MDM principles, processes, and technologies across Eaton.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 6 years of data/application management experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Master Data Management principles and next-generation technologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of Product Owner/MDM Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Reltio Customer MDM, Kafka, Snowflake, Cloudera, Alation, SAP S4.
  • Familiarity with Informatica's MDM Technology stack.
  • Experience working with a mixture of 3rd party and cloud-native technologies.
