Wind Turbine Technician

Suna Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for performing field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbines in a timely and efficient manner.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with wind turbines, including identifying and resolving problems with generators, gearboxes, and control systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair operations.
• Document and report all maintenance and repair activities, including time and materials expended.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in wind turbine maintenance and repair, or related field.
• Knowledge of wind turbine systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Ability to work at heights, including climbing towers and entering nacelles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

The Wind Turbine Technician will work in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, and in varying weather conditions. The technician will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols at all times.
