Overview

Sunrise Senior Living is committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a LPN Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and organized administration of medication and treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
  • Document medication administration accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide resident care while upholding the Sunrise Senior Living mission to champion the quality of life for all seniors
  • Promote a culture of quality care and services to our residents and colleagues
Qualifications
  • L.P.N, LVN or state-specific licensed nurse credential
  • In states where applicable, must maintain certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
