Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Clerical Support: Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, phone-based contact with clients, and maintaining accurate records.
- Program Support: Assist program staff with scheduling client appointments, coordinating client groups and events, and maintaining client databases.
- Communication: Demonstrate a courteous and caring attitude at all times, ensuring excellent customer service and communication with clients, volunteers, and staff.
- Team Collaboration: Cooperate and collaborate with program area staff, volunteers, and other Agency staff to achieve common goals.
- Adaptability: Be willing to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Education: Associate's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Four years of experience in a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic office skills and personal computer skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Availability: Willingness to work one or two evenings per week, if coverage is needed.
