We are committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients, families, and communities. As a Rehabilitation Services Manager/Program Director, you will play a critical role in leading our interdisciplinary team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, in an interdisciplinary environment.
  • Develop and implement program development, quality improvement, problem-solving, community education, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Supervise and develop program staffing team members.
  • Monitor team members' competency, licenses/certifications, and memberships in applicable professional organizations.
  • Coordinate team members' development through structured activities.
  • Communicate and demonstrate a professional image/attitude for patients, families, clients, coworkers, and others.
  • Promote adherence to policies and practices of applicable professional organizations.
  • Contribute to client relations and community education activities.
  • Ensure that all patient care activities are performed according to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulatory agencies.
  • Participate in the coordination of facility quality management and program evaluation activities.

Compensation: $50-$56 per hour

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with the possibility of adjusting it based on certain circumstances.
