Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and other litigation-based documentation.
  • Manage discovery processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare attorneys for all court-related appearances, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident.
  • Oversee caseloads and clients under the supervision of the attorney(s), ensuring seamless case management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the attorney(s) or management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation paralegal roles.
  • Paralegal certificate or FRP preferred, but not required.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills, ensuring excellent relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Solid organizational skills with a high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
