Job Summary

Cambridge Air Solutions is seeking a skilled Parts Technician to join our team. As a Parts Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating inbound inquiries and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate inbound inquiries for assistance with parts
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Capture customer interactions into the CRM platform and actively seek methods to elevate customer experience
  • Recommend and up-sell parts related to preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on parts defects
  • Maintain an ample supply of purchased parts in inventory
