Ski/Snowboard Instructor

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as part-time ski/snowboard instructors at Gunstock Mountain Resort. As a member of our Snowsports School, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for skiing and snowboarding with guests of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality ski and snowboard lessons using the PSIA & AASI Teaching Methodology.
- Meet and greet guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring they are matched to the appropriate skill level.
- Transport ski/ride equipment to learning terrain as needed and educate guests on proper load/unload procedures.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all snowsports programs offered by the Snowsports School and Children's Center.
- Model safe behavior and take appropriate action to address or report hazards.
- Intermediate to advanced skiing skills with ability to ski in a comfortable, open-stance parallel on all intermediate terrain.
- Ability to ski beginner bumps while maintaining rhythm and speed control preferred but not required.
- Intermediate to advanced snowboarding skills with ability to ride confidently on all intermediate terrain in variable conditions.
- Ability to ride more challenging terrain and bumps with carved turns preferred but not required.
