We are currently looking for a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support our residents in a Full-time capacity. This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off, along with a 403B plan that includes matching contributions.

Work Schedule: This position requires working 1st shift (8 hours) with a commitment to every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in Healthcare and Assisted Living settings as needed.
  • Accurately measure and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration rates, weight, height, and oxygen saturation levels.
  • Perform receptionist duties such as answering phone calls, welcoming residents, and informing nursing staff of visitor arrivals.
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering medical supplies for the clinic.
  • Engage with residents in Independent Living accommodations, including on-campus cottages and apartments.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Support healthcare professionals, including physicians, podiatrists, dentists, pharmacy, and laboratory services, and assist in scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current CNA License issued by the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • Previous experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
