Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
  • Follow and adhere to resident care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and attention
  • Monitor vital signs, report concerns to supervisors, and maintain accurate records
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a hygienic environment, and ensure resident comfort and safety
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Virginia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
  • Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and maintain a high level of attention to detail
