Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Coffee Specialist to join Saveurs Du Monde Caf's team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile and providing exceptional customer service.
• Taking food and beverage orders and explaining menu items to customers.
• Crafting a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex.
• Entering orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Bus tables and maintain a clean work environment.

To be successful as a Coffee Specialist, you will need:

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines and ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
