About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist who is committed to delivering exceptional care to our pediatric patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of diagnoses, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, and autism.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote independence and self-advocacy
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and research
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Indiana
  • Basic Life Safety certification
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric physical therapy (preferred)
