Pediatric Physical Therapist Job Description

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care and support the growth and development of our young patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients with a variety of diagnoses, including developmental delays, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Idaho.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred qualifications: pediatric experience and certification in pediatric physical therapy.
