  • Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to agency policies and regulations.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards in the patient's home environment.
  • Practice infection control and safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Indiana.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance in the state of Indiana.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
