About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Server to join our team at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Attend standup meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
- Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
- Practice teamwork and 'Clean as you go' policies.
- Reset banquet rooms according to the Captain's specifications after the event to ensure readiness for the following function and sanitation of banquet areas.
Requirements:
- Previous banquet or food service experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
