Qualifications

About the Role:

As a valued member of our banquet team, you will play a critical role in ensuring unforgettable events for our guests. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout various events, from conferences and meetings to weddings and social gatherings.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and breakdown banquet space according to event specifications.
• Provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in banquet serving or a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule with the availability to work evenings and weekends.
