Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 3 to 7 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office (Excel, Project, Word).
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and repair procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team, leading engineering projects when needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to improving processes.
