Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FSQA Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products, from raw materials to finished goods. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-driven individual who is passionate about food safety and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Verify that all products are properly labeled and packaged, and that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address any quality or safety issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the quality and safety of our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control checks, product testing, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college science courses or experience in the food industry preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or food safety role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
