Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers, including preparing patients for exams and procedures, taking vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist with patient care tasks, such as drawing blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory analysis, and performing routine tests.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification or training preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiation oncology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
