At Model Remodel, we're looking for a seasoned construction professional to lead our team of skilled carpenters. As a Lead Carpenter - Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our residential remodeling projects.

Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of $45-$65 per hour, depending on experience, plus bi-annual bonuses. Job Responsibilities: As a Lead Carpenter - Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing and overseeing all crew carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants involved in our projects. Your duties will include ordering building materials, obtaining project permits, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment. You'll also perform a variety of high-level carpentry tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 5 years of experience in residential remodeling, with a strong background in carpentry and project management. Green/sustainable building experience is a plus. You must have a good driving record, reliable transportation, and personal tools (cordless drills/saws, nail bags, hand tools, etc.).
