As a Senior Business Analyst, Operations Excellence, you will play a critical role in driving business process improvements across various departments, including Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Training, Finance, and Legal. Your expertise will help us develop scalable processes to support our architecture vision, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead analysis and design of existing and new business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop repeatable and scalable plans and processes to speed up time-to-market and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure alignment and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
- Diagnose, correct, and document issues, risks, and problems using Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- 5-7 years of related experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, AWS Quick Site, Power BI, etc.).
- Adobe Suite experience and Python programming skills are a plus.
