Global Channel Management, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of facility personnel, including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline, and performance management.
- Budgeting: Review and approve expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and additional contract requirements.
- Customer Relations: Maintain a proactive relationship with customers and understand their business needs.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve problems and conflicts, and maintain open communication with clients.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Five years of facility management or building operations experience, with three years of supervisory experience.
- Skills: Leadership abilities, organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage and train entry-level personnel, and ability to deal with customers and others at all levels.
