Technical Liaison

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team at BRH as a Customer Consultant.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their technical issues, and answering their product-related queries. You will also contribute to the development of knowledge management systems and resources, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships, responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Provide product training and support to customers, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Contribute to the development of knowledge management systems and resources
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new product knowledge, with a passion for continuous improvement
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
