Job Summary:

Crossmark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in promoting nationally distributed products and building strong relationships with store management and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to meet company and client objectives.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
  • Ensure planogram compliance and suggest order quantities to management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of retail and/or customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Daily access to a mobile device and internet.
  • Ability to lift 25lbs consistently and up to 60lbs on occasion.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to transport required materials.
