Job Title: Community Relations Director

Summit Place of Kings Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Community Relations Director to join their team. As a key member of the community's leadership team, the Community Relations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and external partners to promote the community's services and amenities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the community's leadership team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior housing
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
