Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure a remarkable guest experience by working through all areas of the restaurant, including the back of house.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of 50+ employees, creating an inspiring vision, coaching, and holding people accountable to high standards.
  • Food and Team Safety: Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
  • Restaurant Results: Increase overall restaurant results by working cross-functionally with other store leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 2 years of leadership experience in a customer service and/or production environment.
  • Restaurant Experience: 4 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team, with basic computer competency.
  • Coaching and Development: Excellent coaching, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to maintain a positive working relationship and treat all employees with respect.
