About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility in ADS Pipe Manufacturing Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the plant, ensuring a safe and productive work environment, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing a team of department managers and office staff, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, meeting or exceeding safety and quality standards.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of department managers and office staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, leadership, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, driving business growth, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
