Role Overview:
Are you passionate about building lasting relationships? We are seeking a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for expanding market share within a designated territory. This role emphasizes quality products and an effective sales process rather than high-pressure tactics.

As a Sales Engineer, you will ensure that customers receive timely delivery of sales orders originating from our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory through networking, scheduling meetings, and conducting informative sessions.
2. Create an annual sales forecast for your territory and implement a sales strategy to achieve or surpass objectives related to market share growth, revenue, and customer acquisition.
3. Serve as a Trusted Advisor to both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
4. Foster strong relationships with key customer personnel and collaborate with VEGA sales and technical teams to enhance our sales approach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial automation or instrumentation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in the downstream petrochemical sector is preferred.
