Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and operative teams in preparing for and conducting surgical procedures.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
  • Adhere to strict infection control principles and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
  • Level I Trauma experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
