About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Unit Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multiple offices, leading a team of associates, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices
  • Build an engaging team environment by training and coaching associates
  • Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office associate positions
  • Conduct timely performance reviews and resolve associate issues
  • Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates
  • Create associate work schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping
Requirements
  • People management experience with a proven track record of growing and developing associates
  • Demonstrated aptitude for growth plan execution and ability to lead towards a growth culture
  • Strong decision-making and judgment skills with the ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience
