Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Associate to join our team at Georgia United Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, promoting financial products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Service: Provide personalized service to members, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Promotion: Identify and promote financial products and services that meet the needs of our members, ensuring they have access to the best possible solutions.
  • Loan Origination: Originate, process, and close consumer loans, ensuring compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with daily branch operations, including cash handling, balancing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Technology Support: Assist members with technology-related issues, ensuring they have access to the tools and resources they need to manage their finances effectively.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain a secure and compliant branch environment, adhering to Credit Union policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
