Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the Director.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the Director.
  • Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
    • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
    • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to travel (local) with the Director as needed and adapt to changing schedules.
