About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in the Cardiac Ablation Solutions department. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and clinical support to our customers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during ablation procedures
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales objectives and provide product support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in cardiac ablation solutions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
