Senior Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Ablation Solution

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist to join our team in the Cardiac Ablation Solutions department. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical, educational, and clinical support to our customers and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during ablation procedures
- Research and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Develop and deliver educational programs and training sessions for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales objectives and provide product support
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in cardiac ablation solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the healthcare, engineering, or medical field
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
