Key Responsibilities:


Nucor Building Systems - Texas is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Regional Sales Leader, responsible for the Northwest Texas & Western Oklahoma territory.


  • Oversee the growth and development of Builders, Accounts, and National Account opportunities.
  • Execute effective Builder recruitment strategies and manage the termination of underperforming Builders.
  • Market Nucor Building Systems products within the designated district.
  • Develop annual sales strategies for the territory to meet objectives established with the Division Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with each Builder to enhance market visibility, focusing on NBS penetration, product quality, and public perception.
  • Encourage Builder participation in training sessions, NBS events, and the utilization of NBS marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Division Sales Manager to create tailored training programs for personal development.
  • Identify Best Mark opportunities to elevate product quality, service delivery, and Builder relationships.
  • The candidate must possess the ability to travel extensively as required.

Essential Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned district.
  • Experience in the metal building sector.


Desirable Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or construction experience.
