Job Summary:

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our Behavioral Health team as a Float Clinician III. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field and a valid State of CT. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC license.

Responsibilities:
- Provides direct and indirect clinical services to clients, including crisis assessment, intake assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, treatment planning, case management, and team/community collaboration.
- Develops and implements treatment plans, interventions, and disposition/discharge plans as needed, addressing both age-specific and substance abuse-specific issues within professional standards and department guidelines.
- Completes all requested forms, documentation, and other reporting requirements in a timely manner and in accordance with Department of Children and Family (DCF), managed care, probate court, JCAHO, and other standards with which program must comply.
- Actively participates in and contributes to team meetings to enhance patient outcomes and communicates effectively and consistently with team members.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a Master's degree in the Behavioral Health field required.
- Valid State of CT. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC license required.
- Prior experience working in the Behavioral Health field preferred, especially in specific service settings. Level of care age-specific competencies required.
- Strong clinical skills, including team orientation and ability to function effectively in a work environment where multitasking is necessary.

Competitive Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Location:
Our Behavioral Health team is based in East Central Connecticut, serving children and adults in need of behavioral health services. As a Float Clinician III, you will be working in various settings within our region, providing flexible coverage as assigned.
