- Administer medications accurately and safely, following the five rights of medication administration.
- Perform treatments and procedures using sterile or clean technique, prioritizing resident safety and comfort.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to other healthcare team members as needed, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- 1 year of experience as an LPN
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of New York
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on resident-centered care
