The Loretto Family is seeking qualified and dedicated LPNs to provide exceptional care to our residents.
LPNs can make up to $31.62/hour, with experienced LPNs earning up to $32.64/hour. Shift differentials are available for Evening and Night shifts, and overtime pay is available for shifts over 8 hours, with the potential to earn up to $54/hour.
Responsibilities:
The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day-to-day activities performed by other members of the nursing team. This includes coordinating nursing care delivery to ensure residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards of practice through physician orders, policies, and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines.
The LPN performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed, or otherwise legally authorized physician.
Assistant Nurse Manager, LPN:
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager, LPN, evaluates, plans, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of nursing care delivered to patients using best practice nursing standards. This includes using management and administrative skills to accomplish corporate, department, and facility goals, as well as executing and adhering to established policies and procedures, and systemic clinical changes.
Nursing Supervisor LPN:
The Nursing Supervisor LPN Evening & Night maintains quality clinical care for residents/clients through direct supervision of nursing staff. This includes communicating modifications to policy and procedures, overseeing compliance, and serving as a resource to clinical staff. The Nursing Supervisor LPN also manages the daily activities of the clinical staff.
Qualifications:
Requires basic knowledge of clinical nursing. Must be able to function effectively in handling residents while performing procedures and techniques required to assist physicians and professional nursing staff. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing and have current licensure with the New York State Board of Nursing.
