Job Overview

In this role, you will work as a CNA in a Long Term Care / Transitional Care setting, providing direct patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

About the Role

As a Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing basic nursing care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Taking vital signs and documenting patient information
  • Administering medications and treatments as directed by licensed staff
  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid CNA certification
  • Experience working in Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
