Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items according to our recipes and specifications

  • Assist with the receiving, storing, and rotating of food and supplies
  • Monitor and maintain the quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations
  • Communicate with Front of House to ensure timely and correct service

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits:

Hourly Pay Range: $15-$17
