">About This OpportunityThis is a full-time position working nights, with a 12-hour shift schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients on the Neurological/Stroke Specialty unit, utilizing specialized equipment such as telemetry.
We offer a competitive salary, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) savings plan and employee discount program.
A $65,000-$85,000 annual salary range reflects the importance we place on this role and your contributions to our team's success.
">ResponsibilitiesAs an Acute Care RN at the DMC, you will:
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge.
- Reports directly to senior unit management and participates in shared decision-making activities.

">QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
