Daily Activities Include:

  • Establishing trusted relationships with Electrical Consultants and End Users to guide the design of digitally connected electrical distribution systems.
  • Engaging in solution sales involving Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Distribution, and Power Monitoring systems tailored to customer needs.
  • Providing valuable insights to product lines regarding industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Possessing an advanced understanding of Schneider Electric's software and services related to digital and sustainability objectives.
  • Connecting clients with innovative offers and tools to facilitate project success.
  • Consulting with key stakeholders, including C-Level Executives and Lead Electrical Engineers, to promote Schneider Electric's innovations.
  • Collaborating with various teams to deliver effective solutions that meet customer demands.
  • Interpreting electrical plans to offer precise pre-sales application support.
  • Driving strategic growth within assigned accounts, positioning Schneider Electric favorably in the marketplace.
  • Utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to assist in deal mapping and closure.
  • Representing Schneider Electric at local and regional technical groups and industry events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Power Distribution.
  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred; a Professional Engineering (P.E.) license is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in electrical distribution or energy management.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-Suite executives and proficiency in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Familiarity with low and medium voltage electrical distribution equipment and related technologies.
  • A passion for sharing innovative solutions and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in a diverse and matrixed environment.
  • Self-management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
