Job Title: Warehouse Construction/Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (Some Overtime and Weekends, as needed)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Construction/Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing problems in assembly equipment. This role requires strong drywall, paint, and handyman skills, as well as experience with metal framing, building maintenance, and installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform building maintenance and installation of drywall, electrical, plumbing, and other systems
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 75+ pounds occasionally
  • Rock, tape, and float drywall, and perform other tasks as needed
  • Basic knowledge of commercial painting, doors, walls, ceilings, and flooring
  • General carpentry and light janitorial duties
  • Light plumbing and electrical work
  • Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments
  • Weekend work as needed
  • Maintain a professional manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees
  • Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form
  • Inspects, maintains, and documents all hazardous materials on premises
  • Follow company policies
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn
  • Operate scissor-lift, propane, and electric forklift

Requirements:
