We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Betten Baker Chevrolet Buick (Coopersville). As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide prompt, courteous, and effective service to our guests
- Obtain and verify customer and vehicle information
- Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and recommended services
- Prioritize and recommend necessary services based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Keep customers informed on completion time, service expenses, and any changes
- Ensure a positive dealership experience for our guests
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow-up times and monitor progress
- Verify final invoices and explain completed work to customers
- Previous service writer/advisor experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency, with CDK Service system knowledge preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Competitive salary: $49, $75,000.00 per year
- 401(k), dental, disability, employee discount, health, and vision insurance
- 10-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
- Bonus and commission pay opportunities
