Position Overview:

The Lincoln Automotive Brand Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of both new and pre-owned vehicles while adhering to dealership profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction benchmarks. This role encompasses three primary areas: personal productivity, client outreach, and sales execution. Central to this position is the commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish monthly objectives to gain insights into daily tasks essential for meeting personal sales targets as outlined by management.

2. Monitor daily activities, including showroom inquiries and internet leads, test drives, and scheduled appointments, to ensure alignment with monthly goals. Communicate with management regarding any challenges or opportunities that may impact workflow.

3. Execute all daily responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: managing CRM tasks, conducting follow-ups, accurately entering customer contact details, and adhering to management's follow-up protocols with clients post-delivery.

4. Maintain the CRM system to foster repeat business and encourage vehicle owners to refer potential customers, while also meeting market share objectives.

5. Actively seek and cultivate customer prospecting opportunities beyond regular walk-in traffic to achieve sales goals.

6. Conduct comprehensive dealership tours with clients, covering services, features, parts, and more.

7. Facilitate the delivery of sold vehicles, showcasing features and operational aspects. Offer a secondary delivery at the customer's convenience.

8. Acquire and maintain knowledge of automotive industry terminology and stay updated on technological advancements in products. Familiarize oneself with competitive offerings, including pricing, features, models, and market practices.

9. Strive to maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores that exceed the regional average on a monthly basis.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a sales-focused environment.

3. Ability to adapt and embrace change with a customer-centric approach.

4. Strong advocacy for team members and a commitment to technological progress.

5. Effective communication skills, including oral, written, and listening abilities.

6. Ability to engage positively with customers, enhancing the company's image and proactively addressing customer concerns.
