ManTech, a leading global technology company, is seeking highly motivated and mission-oriented CNO Developers/Reverse Engineers to join our team in Hanover, MD, San Antonio, TX, and Aurora, CO. As a trusted partner to the U.S. Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian agencies, we offer best-in-class solutions in cyber, data collection & analytics, enterprise IT, and systems and software engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct platform research and implement solutions using C, C++, and Assembly.
  • Utilize research, software engineering, and networking skills to solve complex technical problems and develop impactful mission tools.
  • Support unit, component, and system test activities, as well as readiness reviews and product release cycles.
  • Maintain effective communication with the technical team, management, and customers, providing regular updates on progress, plans, and potential issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering, and years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in system-level programming or developing for embedded systems.
  • Proficiency in development using C/C++ for x86, PowerPC, MIPS, or ARM.
  • Strong background in network programming.
  • Familiarity with signal analysis tools such as Wireshark.
  • Scripting experience with Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
  • Comfortable developing in the Linux operating system.
  • Experience with CNO development.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in reverse engineering using Ghidra, IDA Pro, or Binary Ninja.
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment using the Atlassian suite.
  • Knowledge of Real-Time Operating Systems like VxWorks, Integrity, eCos, or POSIX compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.
  • Understanding of basic VLAN/VPN/NAT concepts.
  • Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems, along with basic Configuration Management principles.
  • Experience with network test equipment such as Spirent/Ixia/Xena packet testers.
Security Clearance Requirements:

Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
