Position Overview:

Currently, we are seeking a driven, career-focused Expert CNO Developer to contribute to our mission in Hanover, MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design advanced hardware or software-based CNO capabilities.
  • Independently engage in the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of software applications and systems.
  • Utilize expert-level knowledge of security principles and network architectures.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to fellow CNO developers within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with software development standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 14+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C/C++.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP) and socket programming.
  • Background in CNO capability development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in software analysis and reverse engineering.
  • Understanding of assembly language programming concepts.
  • Knowledge of low-level internals across various technology domains (e.g., Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
  • Experience with unit testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and manage stress effectively.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in team leadership or management.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) while operating computer equipment and office machinery.
  • Regular communication with colleagues, management, and clients.
