Key Responsibilities- Design and Plan Systems and Buildings
- Develop and maintain system designs for safe operations and maintenance
- Ensure material compatibility and compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations
- Review and advise on periodic system status presentations and capacity planning databases
- Provide scope for facilities infrastructure additions or modifications
- Provide Project Support
- Develop and review detailed designs and specifications for the installation of new facilities infrastructure
- Provide cost and schedule estimates and justification for approval
- Supervise and coordinate consultant resources required
- Ensure appropriate communication with local Facilities, Design, Construction, Procurement, and manufacturing collaborators
- Provide Technical Support, Leadership, and Expertise
- Provide consultation and support to Operations and Maintenance and Manufacturing as a Technical Field Domain Expert
- Analyze system designs to identify improvements for better performance, efficiency gains, reduced maintenance, and cost savings
- Support sites with problem analysis using standard tools and methodologies
- Conduct risk and failure mode and effects analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Minimum 10-year experience in Semiconductor and/or Facilities related industry
- Technical expertise, knowledge, and experience on Facilities and Semiconductor Mechanical and Process Systems
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
