Our Approach- We create classrooms where students take the lead in doing mathematics, exploring patterns, debating strategies, and justifying their reasoning
- Our classes feature open-ended challenges that invite students to explore, collaborate, and learn from each other
- We provide ongoing support and coaching to help students build confidence and develop their math skills
- Teach one or two classes per day, adapting pre-made lesson resources to create engaging and inclusive lessons
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and coaches to create lessons that meet the needs of all students
- Contribute to maintaining a positive camp environment
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
